| William Kessinger, PMP, has over thirty years of project management
and business development experience in such diverse areas as heavy construction,
nuclear power, design engineering, aerospace and defense, manufacturing and
information technology. For the past twelve years, Mr. Kessinger's efforts have
concentrated on business process improvement projects associated with project
management, product development, product life-cycle management, and integrated
resource management. Mr. Kessinger owns Kessinger & Associates, LLC (www.wkessinger.com)
a business performance improvement consultancy. His client list includes such
companies as IBM, Lockheed Martin, Intergraph, Ingersol-Rand, DaimlerChrysler,
U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and Abbott Laboratories, to name a few. Previous to his
consulting activities, Mr. Kessinger held positions at IBM, Westinghouse, General
Electric, and Los Alamos Scientific Laboratories. He holds a BS in Mechanical
Engineering from New Mexico State University; a MS in Systems and Industrial
Engineering from the University of Alabama at Huntsville; and, a Graduate Certificate
